Acts of aggression on the road, commonly known as ‘Road Rage’, endanger not only the aggressor and their target, but everyone nearby as well. Employees who drive for a living, or spend a lot of time on the road, are even more likely to encounter these dangerous situations while carrying out their duties.

Road Rage is difficult to predict. It happens on the road, but “on-the-road” factors aren’t all that go into it. As a result, professional drivers must learn how to manage their emotional wellbeing and remain calm in stressful environments, and employees must be especially mindful to spot signs of aggression in other drivers.
